Refund policy
At Bebelloo, we believe that online shopping should be delightful and rewarding experience for you and your little one. That’s why our commitment is to ensure that every customers is completely satisfied with their purchase.
Refunds:
We are currently not offering any refunds on any orders. We do however issue store credit on orders returned within 21 days from the date of purchase. Please see "Store Credit" section for additional information.
PLEASE NOTE: All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and they are not eligible for refund or store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be returned back to the customer.
Store Credit:
You will have up to 21 days after items have been purchased to return for store credit only. Store credit expires within 90 days.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, Bebelloo does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Returns take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Store credit will be issued through a code that can be applied on a future order. The amount will be deducted automatically from the total, during checkout.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please be careful of any marks on the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
